Hi all,
It appears that port #4 (under port #2) on jack labeled 1-142-48 is not
functioning. This was working prior to the fix. Port #4 also has the green tab
on it as well. Please address this issue.
                                      Thanks Much,
                                                 --Lou

JCI replaced the jack and it tested ok.

Thanks
