Dear fellow student,
your print job is currently stalling the printer. There is an error
message on the printer
LOAD TRAY 1
PLAIN ISO A4
It looks like you are trying to print a document on an A4 sheet of paper
but the printer is set up for US Letter (a different size). Please cancel
the job and check that you are using the appropriate US paper size in
future.
