Dear Andrea,
Unfortunately I am once more forced to record my strong opposition to the
way this repair is scheduled. Without fresh air supply, our staff simply
cannot work. In addition, judging from what happened on the second and
third floor earlier this week, the repair time estimate is likely to be
wildly optimistic. This is our busy season, and the option of giving my
staff the day off really is not feasible.
So once again I'm forced to voice a request that these repairs be scheduled
OUTSIDE OF WORK HOURS. you could, for example, schedule the work to start
at 4pm, which would only impact us for one hour.
