Reason:
Repair a refrigerant leak on evaporator.
Effect:
Loss of Air Handler 2 in NW17 Basement. This means that no supply
ventilation, supply cooling, supply heating (off during summer) or
exhaust-general air will be operational during the emergency shutdown
period.
