A couple of users this morning have come into the SIPB office
complaining about trouble with w20-575-46, a Sun Blade in the W20-575
Athena cluster. It seems to periodically get into a state in which it
continuously prints "ok Rejected alloc-mem"; another message seems to
be interspersed occasionally, but this just blinks away. It's
impossible to do anything with the machine besides power it down.
