the printer in 2-032 is dead for the moment. it had been experiencing
frequent jams and it looks as though someone got pissed and tried to
fix it themeselves. A piece has been broken off leaving one of the
rollers loose. i took the toner out and put it in the closet and turned
the printer off and left an out of order sign.
66-080-17 is still down. that's the one where it won't respond to the
keyboard. i gave it a new keyboard but that didn't do the trick.
suggestions?
