The moira outage originally scheduled for Thursday night needs to be
rescheduled.
Instead the moira outage for the quota increase has been scheduled
for the evening of Friday, Aug 10, at 11pm. As before this outage is
expected to be two hours and to not delay the nightly DCMs.
