The moira database will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours
beginning shortly after 11pm Thursday night, 8/9/2001. During this
time, the default Athena user quota will be increased.
If all goes well, the nightly DCMs should not be impacted or delayed
by this outage.
As usual, status updates will be sent to the consult instance.
