dear hotline,
i am writing to report that the computer i was using to
run a simulation last nite has stopped responding. i came
back this morning and the screensaver is frozen and will
not let me login. it is computer m37-312-29, 18.78.0.163.
i tried to reboot with the power button, but nothing
happens. can you help me restart the computer?
