> NSTAR to replace faulty transformer. Emergency Generator to carry selected
> building loads (everything except elevators).

> Loss of access controls; building power, elevators, computers, lighting,
> corridors/stairs; Air: supply ventilation, supply cooling, exhaust-general
> and exhaust-toilet air. These systems will be down from 7 AM - 9 AM on
