The printer "nil" in W92 has been having occasional problems for some
time. I haven't seen the problem in a while and assumed it might've
been fixed, but it resurfaced this morning.

The problem is that sometimes the paper comes out with one or more
wrinkles in it, and smudged output. I suspect it's a problem with the
page-reversal mechanism, because I've never seen it on single-sided
output, and one side of the double-sided printout appears crisp even
where it is wrinkled, suggesting that the paper was flat when it was
printed, and the other side is smudged around the wrinkle and
sometimes elsewhere, suggesting that contact may not have been made
very well in the printing process.

This is only an occasional problem. I've printed over 20 double-sided
pages this morning, and only a couple came out wrinkled.

Could you have someone take a look at it?

Ken
