The Moira database will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours
beginning at 11pm. During that time, the moira server will be moved
from E40 to W92.
During the outage, updating moira information using blanche,
chfn, chsh, and other moira clients may fail with one of "the database
is closed", "connection refused", or "connection timed out".
As always, status notifications will be sent to the consult
instance.
