Edgerton dorm printer problems

Hi,
I checked the Edgerton printer on behalf of Yu-Han, and found that it puts
two dark sets of lines across the page vertically (as if a roller has ink
on it). The printer's hostname is edgerton-p and it is located in
NW10-034. I have an example page if you would like to see it. I am
not
exactly sure what is causing it, but it happens on every page that comes
out of the printer.
