Printers in 4-035 Jamming

Here we go again!
The two laser printers in 4-035 continue to give me an error message ...
"79.00FE" ... and appear to jam. They will only print the header page and
then they stop printing.
I have been printing to these machines from a laptop with Windows 98 for a
year and never had any problems. Do you have any insights as to the problem
and what the error message means. You had mentioned in am email yesterday
it might have something to do with my computer or its software?
