The construction work on Mass. Ave will start to have an even larger effect
on the intersection at Mass. Ave and Vassar Street. This work is scheduled
to start within a week and it will create heavy congestion in all directions
at this intersection. The following movements will be closed:
No right turn from Mass. Ave northbound onto Vassar Street.
No left turn from Mass. Ave southbound onto Vassar Street.
No access at all from Vassar Street westbound onto Mass. Ave.
Vassar Street eastbound will be detoured at Mass Ave intersection.
Please plan your commuting routes accordingly and expect serious delays at
this intersection. If possible, warn your vendors and guests to avoid this
intersection. These detours will be in effect for about 4 weeks once they
get started.
