Dear Meg and Jim:
I have received word from George MacDonald, Project Manager of the Building
9 chilled water shutdown the air for floors 2, 3 and 4 has not been cleared
by EMS due to asbestos removal earlier this week.
In view of this he has now requested the work for rooms 235, 250, 251, 253,
313, 321, 323, 325, 327, 329, 335, 355, 550, 551, 540, 427 and 449 take
place Thursday, 6/14 and Friday, 6/15. Once again the shutdown would be from
6 AM - 10 AM each day.
Would you please let me know if these new dates meet with your approval or
do not.
