They have both Jammed now. Can you send someone as soon as possible so I
can finishing printing a rather pressing Job. Room 035, Building 4 -- Basement.

MEDEA, a laser printer in 4-035 continues to jam when jobs are sent to it.
It was doing this last night and is continuing to do it today. If you can
fix it I would appreciate it.
