Dear Meg and Jim:
Because of the asbestos removal shutdown for Bldg. 9 - floors 2, 3 and 4
from 6/4 through 6/11, the contractor would like to do the chilled water
shutdown work for rooms 23, 250, 251, 253, 313, 321, 323, 325, 327, 329,
335, 355, 550, 551, 540 and 427 on Tuesday, 6/12 and Wednesday, 6/13 from 6
AM - 10 AM each day.
Would you please let me know if these changed dates meet with your approval
or do not.
