I noticed helios's queue was accumulating. It does not seem to be
reporting any obvious errors, but I couldn't get it to print by poking
at the queue, and it doesn't respond to some of the usual status queries.
Could someone give it a cold reset and re-lock the panel to make sure
it's in a known state? I'll keep an eye on it and up the queue, if it
appears to be printing.
