Hi Lou,
This is Steve over in Bldg. 48. You've helped
out Enrique and I before with our athena computers.
Yesterday one of our computers started giving an
error something like:
"panic: asynchronous memory error"
after which it tries to reboot, but gives the same
error over and over again.
I was wondering if you could come by and take a look
at it sometime today. The machine is pamenar.mit.edu
and is a Sparc5. It is located in 48-333.
I actually sit in 48-320, but I've got to go to a
conference later this morning. If I'm not here you
can get Jim Long in 48-309 to unlock 48-333 for you
(I'll leave a note on the door of 48-333).
