problems with a couple of computers in 1-115

Hi,
My name is Dalie and I'm an RCC and Helpdesk consultant who has been working in 1-115 during the end of the semester. There are a couple of computers that I've noticed have problems here: m1-115-16 seems to have a busted keyboard/mouse combo (I switched keyboards with another computer and it didn't work on 16 but the 16 keyboard worked on the other computer).
Also, m1-115-15 seems to be running some sort of program that makes it freeze (literally) for about 2 seconds every 5 minutes or so, regularly. Basically the mouse freezes and nothing can be done and a few seconds later it comes back up. This happens no matter what I'm running or doing and it happens very regularly. I don't know enough about this stuff (and I have other things to do :) so that I haven't found out what it is, but just thought I'd let you guys know as it is quite annoying, enough to make it unusuable.
