The zephyr server neskaya will go down on Tuesday, 4/17/2001, at
11:59pm for a hardware and software upgrade. During this time, it will
also be relocated to W92 and renumbered onto a different IP address.
Zephyr service is replicated, so this outage should not be
visible to users. However, clients using neskaya as their zephyr server
may experience a brief pause in service while they fall back to using
arilinn.
As always, status updates will be sent to the consult instance.
