This is a reminder about our customer forum today. We hope to see you there.

At the next Department of Facilities' customer forum, we will present an
overview of our Repair and Maintenance section including how to
order services. We will also give a demonstration of the new automatic
e-mail response to customer orders.
In addition, we will provide an overview of Facilities' accounting system
and how you can view your charges in SAP.
Our next forum will be on Tuesday, April 10 from 12-1 in Room 68-180.
Please bring along others who might be interested. The meeting is open to
all members of the MIT community. Feel free to bring your
lunch. Beverages will be provided.
Our final forum for the academic year is: Tuesday, May 15 from 12-1, in
68-180.
