Yup.  The front of 1-090, first thing you see when you walk in.
The tap is in the back of the room on the left wall; both ports on the
tap are being used, but #1 is the only one that died.  Does the tap
[1-090-131 #1] show up as active from the switches' point of view, or
was it deactivated for some reason?
