On Friday, March 30, 2001 a power outage occurred in buildings N42,
N57, NW61 and NW62. The outage was caused by construction activity
at 28 Osborne Street which disturbed the overhead electrical
distribution wires. Power was restored shortly afterward by
NSTAR/Cambridge Electric. The electricity for these buildings is not
supplied by the MIT Central Utility Plant.
