Hello folks,

My Dell (Optiplex GX110) ART-FARMER.MIT.EDU froze up last night, and now
it won't reboot into a running mode. It keeps hanging in the middle of
a reboot:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  Check root filesystem
/dev/hda7 contains a file system with errors, check forced.
/dev/hda7:
Unattached inode 180026
/dev/hda7: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck manually.
	   (i.e., without -a or -p options)
							[FAILED]
*** An error occurred during the file system check.
*** Dropping you to a shell; the system will reboot
*** when you leave the shell.
Give root password for maintenance
(or type Control-D for normal startup):
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

...and there it hangs. If I give C-d, it just starts the reboot again
and hangs at the Same Place.

If somebody could drop by and take a look-see, that would be great.

Thanks,
