w20-575-17 doesn't appear to be recognizing its zip drive. Could
someone check it out?
The user who asked about it has also mentioned having problems in which
most of the zip drives appeared not to work... has anyone done a
systematic check of the zip drives recently? I think at least
labelling the down ones would increase customer satisfaction a lot.
