   This is almost certainly a red herring; my SGIs log in relatively
frequently.  I believe it means the machine noticed a machine on its
local network sending from the broadcast IP address with a mac address
that is not the ethernet broadcast address.

   You should ignore it, and look for some other explaination for the
problems you're seeing with m2-225-2.
