I was having problems with the zip drive specifically on m56-129-23, other
machines worked fine.

Are you still having problems using the zip drive? Do you have the same
problems when you try using another machine. If so please let us know. If
it a problem with a specific machine just try using another one and report
the problem to Hardware Hotline at x3-1410. You'll be able to leave a
message on the answering machine. If you prefer, you can send e-mail to
"hotline".
