It appears that weboffice3 does not hoave teh hostname set in rc.conf.
I suspect this is due to installing the machine before the hostname
resolved in DNS. Someoneo should go out and fix teh machine (remember
to use the full hostname with the ".mit.edu". Also because the
hostname is not set to anything at all (as opposed to just being set
to an incorrect value) you should rm the file /var/athena/rc.conf.sync
