The monitor on #10 was found to be very dim, almost unseeable.
I tried the monitor on #9 and it did the same thing. Also I took #9's and
put it on #10 and came up fine. Ive written dead on the top of the monitor
in red pen in case it moves around the cluster. This should be swapped out
if a monitor can be found.
