After calling DEC earlier tonight, and having several phone conversations
over the past few hrs with the engineer on duty (Frank), it looks like
field service will have to wait until tomorrow (Tuesday) morning.
Frank thought the Ethernet board should be replaced, but there wasn't
one in stock, so he couldn't put it in until around 3 or 4am... which would
mean that *maybe* we'd get service back by 5:30am at the earliest.
I decided to get some sleep, and let Bill Meehan handle this forst thing in
the morning. The call is still "open"...
