Themis crashed again around 6:30pm for about the 5th time today...
it couldn't reboot itself, John Carr and I booted it single user,
he looked around (and thinks it still looks like a controller
error), I mv'd /etc/exports and rebooted it multi-user so that it
will come up, run fsck over everything, but NOT provide NFS service.
As soon as it is back up, I am going to start copying stuff from
it to available space. I believe we have atlas:/u1 and atlas:/u2,
and will keep looking. My plan is to get as much stuff off Themis
as soon as possible (one partition at a time), change the Hesiod
info for all stuff on that partition, and get the lockers back in
service (on another machine) as soon as possible.
Hotline: Please call DEC again tomorrow morning, and report that
we are STILL having problems with this machine.
Brian and Kim: Let's make moving stuff off Themis top priority
tomorrow; I don't know how much I'll be able to get done tonight.
