Subject: Problems with air conditioning in bldg 20 cluster

A user reported the following in OLC:

Question:
The air conditioner in the cluster in building 20 serving the linguistics and
philosophy department needs to be repaired or replaced. It doesn't really
cool the room, and I think that people have had trouble getting ethernet
connections to their fileservers because of this.

I think this is the 20b-219a cluster.
There is only a small window A/C unit in this room.
What should be done about this?
