From: Steven M Bull <smbull@MIT.EDU>

Hello. The printers at Burton-Conner (barbar and stumpgrinder)
have been out of service for a while. They claim that their
spooling has been disabled. (I just replaced the toner in
barbar 2 days ago, and I know that the toner in stumpgrinder
has been replaced since it stopped working, so that's not
the problem.) Anybody know how to fix it?
Better yet, is there a way for us to fix it when this
happens in the future?
Thanks.

Steve Bull
