The Athena workstations on the eigth floor of building 54 (Green bldg)
refue to allow people to log in. The are SGI boxes, and there seems to
be more general network issues since the Macs and the "non-Athena" SGI
boxes are behaving strangely (Mac : flashing "apple talk service
disrupted"; SGI; periodic short freezing). Attempt to restart the Athena
SGI, failed, won't start up. Suspect the machines on the 11th floor are
likely down as well.
