Case 194557:  McCormick Printer

The problem is not the toner cartridge, the problem is the printer keeps 
JAMMING.  It has been more than two days since I contacted you, and no one has 
come to look at the printer.  This is the time when we need the printer the 
most, so we would really appreciate it if someone came to fix the printer.
