Hi,
I am the RCC for Edgerton. I got reports of the Edgerton printer
jamming, and I went to check it out. The printer jams every single
time one tries to print. When I open up the printer, I need to pull
out the toner cartridge to see where it jams. Once I pull out the
toner cartridge, I will see part of the last piece of paper that went
through the printer. I can pull it out, in its entirety, but the
printer will jam again the next time something is printed.
Could somebody fix this?
