Priority Items:
1. One onsite hardware repair has been performed. The defective part (sgi
monitor) is yellow tagged and in the staging room.
2. Have cleared all 1410 hardware related calls. No archived msg's for
pcservice.
3. Re: W20-575-35 (linux/Athena) system: Jweiss and myself have looked at this
system, because its a good chance that we suspect a hardware problem.
However, just suspecting for now. System has been left re-installing. Needs
to be followed up on Tuesday.
4. W20-575-13 was found with a missing sun mouse. Have replaced with one from
stock.
