The above issue came in via Mike Sampson. I have troubleshooted this issue
to find that 1st, it was calling for a user maint kit for this 4SI. The client
was told to contact the A.O. for this area, to purchase the kit. If they
decided for us to install it, there would be a fee. They will contact PCservice
when the obtain the item. 2nd of all, the printer is jamming on duplex jobs.
This could be the duplex unit, and will need further investigating.
