The above printer was reported with calibration errors & a problem with the
transfer kit. Have found an issue with the yellow toner cartridge which was
jammed into its location. Was able to remove, and correct this issue. Jim and
myself were also able to reseat the drum & transfer kit. Printer is now back
up and printing fine.
