The user irinam reported hardware problems with this printer in an olc

Hi.
I am president of Green Hall. We have an athena printer
(w5-002) that jams every other page. I literally removed
the jammed paper, it printed it one page, then the next
page. The cycle continued and is still going.
This has happened before. Can you please get someone
from athena to come over and look at the printer?
Would it be possible to obtain a new printer since this
one has been giving us many, many problems?

Hi.
Now, the printer displays the message: UC Load A4 and it is not printing
anything. Can you please have someone come over and take a look since it
is an Athena printer?
