A user reported that electra was missing from building 37. When I
couldn't find anything in casetracker indicating it should be gone, I
phoned Lou.

Apparently varan should have gotten moved, and indeed varan's queue was
down. I up'd varan's queue, and down's electra's, this time, with a
message, since varan is pinging and electra isn't.

Please remember to send mail when you do things like this. I almost
filed a police report...

Note that the 37 cluster gets a lot of use from their printers, and
that users remember which printer they want by name, so you'll need to
both choose a new name for the electra's hardware and to get hesreq to
set it up. If we're going to be down a printer in 37 for more than a
few days, perhaps it would be nice to have hesreq alias the queues
together, so both names work on the same printer (this is easy, you
just have to ask).

There's a bunch of monitoring setup to do, if bldg. 33 really has a
cluster. Please let ops know about this.
