Hello, I work with OLC and I just got this message from a user:
Hi,
The laser printer peecs at 38-370 has broken for more than 1 week. The
toner was certaninly damaged and it ruins all the paper printed by the
printer. I don't know whom I should report to. Would you please forward
this email to the right person, in case it's not your business. In
addition, I hightly suggest to run a Quality Assurance program for all the
printers of athena system , or put a sticker with service phone No. on all
printers.

As confirmed by another user, the printing jobs are spotty. Could you
