Hi, I called earlier about problem with the Athena Printer tree-eater in
the Next House Cluster. I was given a call in which I was asked to test
the Network Drop that the printer was attached to. On trying, I brought a
RJ-45 cable down, with a laptop, and found the drop, W71-166-154 to be
indeed broken. I used the RJ-45 cable to connect the printer to the drops
of one of the workstations in the room, and suddenly the printer
worked. Hence, I can conclude that the drop indeed is broken. Can this be
fixed?

Thanks,
Che King Leo
