Hi, the color laser printer in the basement of bldg 4's cluster is very
down. Someone opened it and tried to "fix" it, they ended up getting
the toner cartridge in a state such that you can't even close the tray.
It's a mess. Needless to say, it doesn't print.
It's great that MIT has this resource available. I and other people use
it for posters for conferences/presentations, and we'd really like it
back up.
