Dear Hotline representative,
There's a problem with printer HELIOS in the M56 public cluster.
It is presently working feeding paper from tray 3, with a message
that tray 2 is empty. Tray 2 seems to be jammed and unopenable.
A large pile of previous test pages and 'fanfold' output on the table
next to the printer suggests someone's battled with it earlier!
