I have troubleshooted this issue down to a flakey 440mhz cpu, in which I have
replaced. System now back up and operating properly. Previous failure were
cpu0 panic msgs referring to the cashe. The failing part # was a 501-5149.
The new part was a different part # then the part listed above, but was still
a 440mhz cpu.
