At 2am on the morning of 10/16/2000, the NEOS servers
eos.mit.edu and eos2.mit.edu will go down for a hardware upgrade.
We are scheduling an hour for this work to take place, but the
actual outage window for the service should be limited to 5 - 15
minutes.
Notices regarding the status of the outage will be sent to the
"consult" instance, as always.
