Due to a bug recently discovered in the software used to rebuild
the prdb from moira, I'm going to need to redo the resync of the Athena
cell protection database. This will take place at 1am tomorrow night
(1am 10/10/2000). During the resync, incremental updates of afs from
moira will be temporarily delayed, and there will be a brief pause in
afs service in the athena cell when the new prdb is put into place.
As always, the consult instance will be kept updated on the
status of the outage.
